CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT
Energy management
Continuous improvement is the analysis of energy consumption in buildings, the identification of improvement measures and their management in a way we agree together. It is also commonly known as energy management. We always tailor the service content of the management to your needs, based on a series of ideas from the client.
“In practice, efficiency can almost always be improved.”
Catching up on savings with energy management
In addition to the technical characteristics of the building, the correct operating patterns of the equipment play an important role in the energy consumption of the building. Our findings show that the management of conditions and temperatures in buildings is not given as much attention as it should be to minimise energy loss. Cooling systems are often kept on standby throughout the winter and conditions are maintained at the same temperature throughout the day.
User and environmental satisfaction is important to us: our energy management is results-oriented. Our energy efficiency measures are relevant. And we really save on waste, not by making conditions worse.
Continuous development
Using the development potential of real estate
Concrete investment recommendations to cut energy consumption
Reacting to consumption deviations
We track and send inspection requests directly to the service provider
Optimisation of building automation
We adapt the controls to meet your needs and operating rhythms.
Review of investments
As energy prices and market prices change, so do investment figures
We ensure savings for your project
By monitoring and optimising sites after energy efficiency projects, the promised energy savings can be ensured. In our project management service or contracting projects, we include a year of review in the project.
The price of energy management starts from 50 e/month/property. The exact price will be determined by the content of the management to be agreed.
