Improving energy efficiency is often very profitable
When equipment at the end of its useful life is replaced or upgraded as part of an energy efficiency project, the repair debt is eliminated. For many retrofits, it is difficult to find an equally profitable investment potential in any market.
However, the investment decision is not always driven not only by euros, but increasingly also by sustainability, in particular the reduction of emissions. In some buildings, even small measures can significantly improve the energy certificate efficiency class.

For example, you should only make a change to your heating system once we have worked out what you can get out of your current system when it is controlled in an optimised energy-efficient way. This has turned many investment calculations on their head.
